Do I have to pay for shipping?

  • We offer free shipping across Mumbai on all orders.
  • Standard shipping charges may apply to orders placed outside Mumbai.

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

  • You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective product.
  • All products require an unboxing video as proof of condition upon arrival.
  • Used products (even swatched) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • We cannot process returns due to personal preference.
  • Contact us at contact@houseofemporia.in to schedule a return.

Exceptions to Return Policy

  • Products marked “Final Sale” or on clearance/flash sale.
  • Damaged or used returned items.
    Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.
  • Sale items or items purchased with discounts. Products returned due to skin irritation (we recommend a patch test).
  • Returns will be initiated only after due diligence from our end.

Exchange Policy

We do not provide exchanges at this time.

Return Process

  • Email us at contact@houseofemporia.in with your order number and an unboxing video.
  • We will arrange a pickup within 3–4 business days.
  • Pack the unused, undamaged product in its original packaging.
  • We will inspect the product. If approved, a refund will be initiated. Damaged returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of approval (minus restocking fee, if applicable).
  • Refundable Amount: Only the product cost is refunded, excluding shipping, and packaging costs.

Processing Time

  • Refunds or replacements usually take 10–15 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • We do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed.
